A same game parlay is just like a regular parlay wager, except all selections come from within one specific matchup. The obvious positive of it is that by combining multiple selections you can go for an even bigger win, with the odds increasing with each additional pick. They are mostly used in NFL and NBA games but are also available in other major leagues such as the MLB and soccer.
You can combine multiple bets from one matchup or team into a single parlay to go for an even larger payout.
Think your favorite team is going to dominate their next matchup? You can bet on them to win, their team total to go over and their QB to throw over 3 TDs — all in one parlay. If each of your parlay legs hits, you’ll win more than if you placed each bet separately. But if you miss just one leg, you’ll lose the parlay.

Well, the main reason for betting a same game parlay is for the fun and excitement of having a wager on a game you might be watching.
Like most wagers accepted by sportsbooks, the house will feel an SGP is in their favor, but if you’re careful and selective you can use same game parlays to win bets at big odds.
Every selection you add to a same game parlay increases the difficulty of seeing the ticket cash, but by correlating your picks you can at times find some favorable odds in an SGP.
Bettors will often use same game parlays to wager on correlated props, and if you get it right the payouts can be huge. Take, for example, an NFL game where a team with an elite QB is facing a poor pass defense. In that spot you might take the QB to hit over their passing yards total and you can also parlay that with their favorite wide receiver to score a touchdown anytime and over their receiving yards. Alternatively, you can combine reversely correlated selections that slightly go against each other as a means of securing a bigger boost in odds.
As with any type of parlay wager, the more selections you add, the more difficult it is to win, but the potential payout also greatly increases.
A One Game Parlay is exactly the same as a same game parlay. A One Game Parlay is a bet in which you can parlay multiple bets from the same game to create one bet, also known as a parlay. This means that the odds of each selection are combined, offering a chance of hitting a big win. But it only takes one losing selection for the entire bet to lose. The term One Game Parlay is used by BetMGM, whereas PointsBet refers to the same type of bet as a Single Game Parlay. They are all the same, just with brand-specific names.
