In our view, there are four viable contenders for the best sportsbook in Michigan: BetMGM, Caesars, DraftKings, and FanDuel. All four are almost identical in terms of betting markets and banking methods, but they do differ mightily in layout, which could very well be the difference for some people.

The thing that we like about FanDuel over the other three top contenders is FD’s odds: As we discussed earlier, FanDuel often wears the crown for the most favorable odds when it comes to the four major sports. At the end of the day, layout and color scheme matter some, but the amount of money you make is always at the forefront of priorities.

We really enjoyed benefiting from the favorable odds, and navigating the clean user interface, all while knowing that we were using one of the most trusted names in online sports gambling.

The lone drawbacks that we found with FanDuel Michigan were the lack of creativity with their line of promotions and the fact that there isn’t a loyalty program specifically geared towards sports bettors.

Our 2023 FanDuel Michigan review concluded that the brand might actually be the best sportsbook in the state with its favorable odds giving them a slight edge over BetMGM, Caesars, and DraftKings.
